STRAWBERRY FILLED CREPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 plain crepes “DOLANO FOOD”

FILLING:

  • 160 gr. fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 4 tbsp. sweet fructose

PREPARATION:

Spread one crepe “DOLANO FOOD” with strawberry slices. Roll or fold crepe. Just before serving top with sweet fructose and strawberries.

BISCUIT AND CHOCOLATE FILLED CREPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 plain crepes “ DOLANO FOOD”

FILLING:

  • Praline (“Nutella” or “Merenda”)
  • Grated biscuit (to taste)

PREPARATION:

Spread one crepe “DOLANO FOOD” a thin layer chocolate spread (approx 2 tbsp) and place grated biscuits down the center. Fold twice the crepe and served cold or hot (backed in preheated moderate oven 200˚C approx 4-6 min. just before serving, top Chocó syrup or whipping cream.

CHOCOLATE – BANANA FILLED CREPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 plain crepes “ DOLANO FOOD”
  • 7 bananas, sliced
  • 1 jar hazelnut chocolate
  • Chopped almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts
  • Chocó syrup

PREPARATION:

Spread one crepe “DOLANO FOOD” a thin layer chocolate spread (approx 2 tbsp), place chopped almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, banana slices down the center. Fold twice the crepe and served cold or hot (backed in preheated moderate oven 220˚C approx 4-6 min. Just before serving, top Chocó syrup or whipping cream.

CHOCOLATE – MASCARPONE FILLED CREPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 plain crepes “ DOLANO FOOD”
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate
  • 30 tbsp. mascarpone
  • Sugar powder
  • Cocoa powder

PREPARATION:

Preheated moderate oven - 180˚C. Spread one crepe “DOLANO FOOD” a thin layer chocolate spread (approx 1½ tbsp), place 3 tbsp. mascarpone down the center. Roll the crepes, backed in preheated moderate oven approx 6-8 min. Just before serving, cover with sugar powder and cocoa powder.
